Every piece featured in The Reserve Edit is selected in line with our commitment to timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and enduring value. As availability is limited and demand can change at any time, all reservations are subject to supplier confirmation.
How The Reserve Edit Works
1. Submit Your Reservation
When you find a piece you’d like to secure, simply submit your reservation request through our website or contact us directly.
2. Availability Confirmation
We will immediately confirm the item’s availability with our trusted supplier. While every effort is made to keep listings current, availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmation has been received.
3. Secure Your Piece
If the item is available, we will contact you to arrange payment of the required non-refundable security deposit. Your reservation is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
Your reserved piece is then secured with our supplier and prepared for shipment to Luxury Revamped.
4. Arrival & Final Inspection
Once your item arrives at our Wellington premises, we conduct our own quality assessment and authenticity verification to ensure it meets our standards before it is offered to you.
5. Final Payment
After your item has successfully passed our inspection, we will notify you that it is ready. The remaining balance must be paid before your order is dispatched.
6. Carefully Packaged & Dispatched
Once full payment has been received, your purchase will be carefully packaged and shipped via signature-required courier to your nominated New Zealand delivery address.
Reservation Terms
Availability
All pieces featured in The Reserve Edit are offered subject to supplier availability. Listing an item does not guarantee it remains available until your reservation has been confirmed.
Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable Reservation Deposit is required to secure all reserved pieces.
Once availability has been confirmed, your Reservation Deposit enables us to secure the item with our trusted supplier. As this commitment is made immediately on your behalf, the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable should you decide not to proceed after your reservation has been confirmed.
Your Reservation Deposit is not an additional fee and will be deducted from the total purchase price of your item.
Pricing
The advertised price includes standard shipping within New Zealand unless otherwise stated.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, the purchase price is fixed for your order and will not change.
Authenticity
Every piece is sourced exclusively through our trusted international supplier network.
Before being offered for dispatch, each reserved item undergoes Luxury Revamped’s own quality assessment and authenticity verification.
Where applicable, your purchase may also include a third-party digital authentication certificate and any accessories specified in the individual product listing.
Condition
As with all pre-loved luxury, each item is unique.
Product descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as possible, with any notable signs of wear clearly disclosed within the listing. Minor variations may exist due to lighting, display settings, or the nature of pre-loved luxury goods.
Shipping Timeline
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier’s location, international transit, customs processing, and courier services.
Estimated arrival timeframes will be provided once your reservation has been confirmed. While every effort is made to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Cancellation
Once a supplier has accepted your reservation and your Reservation Deposit has been received, cancellations or changes of mind cannot be accepted and the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable.
If the supplier advises that the item is no longer available before your reservation has been confirmed, no payment will be required.
Should your reservation already have been paid and the item becomes unavailable before it is secured with the supplier, your Reservation Deposit will be refunded in full.
Final Payment
The remaining balance becomes payable once Luxury Revamped confirms that your reserved piece has arrived and successfully completed our quality and authenticity inspection.
Your order will be dispatched once the remaining balance has been received in full.
Delivery
Risk and ownership of the item pass to the purchaser upon successful delivery to the nominated shipping address.
Please ensure all delivery details provided are accurate to avoid delays.
Important Information
At Luxury Revamped, every piece featured in The Reserve Edit is thoughtfully selected from our trusted international supplier network and is offered subject to supplier availability until your reservation has been confirmed.
Before any reserved item is offered for final payment and dispatch, it undergoes Luxury Revamped’s own final quality assessment and authenticity verification. If, upon arrival, a reserved piece does not meet the condition described, falls below our quality standards, or raises any concerns during our verification process, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In such circumstances, any Reservation Deposit and payments received will be refunded in full.
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and estimated delivery timeframes, international shipping, customs processing, and courier services may occasionally result in delays beyond our reasonable control.
By placing a reservation through The Reserve Edit, you acknowledge that you are reserving a unique pre-loved luxury item sourced specifically on your behalf and agree to the reservation process and terms outlined above.
