You agree to the following:
Payment plans are available only for items priced at NZD $1,000 or more.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your item and commence the payment plan.
The deposit confirms your commitment and removes the item from sale.
The remaining balance will be paid according to the purchase value below:

The exact payment schedule, instalment amounts, and payment due dates will be agreed upon and documented within this agreement.
If you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact us before your due date. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will do our best to work with you where possible.
Once the deposit has been received, the reservation is considered final. Change of mind, cancellation, or withdrawal from the purchase is not accepted, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If payments become significantly overdue without prior communication, Luxury Revamped reserves the right to cancel the payment plan. In this event:
The reserved item may be returned to sale.
All payments made, including the initial deposit, will be retained as compensation for the reservation period, administrative costs, and the lost selling opportunity.
Payment plans are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another item without prior written approval.
Orders remain the property of Luxury Revamped until payment has been made in full.
Items will only be shipped once the full balance has been received and cleared.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
