GENERAL QUERY

Yes, our items are 100% authentic or your money back guaranteed if proven fake. All our products are sourced from registered and reputable companies and second-hand goods traders who have their own in-house team of experts who carry out rigorous checks and measures to verify the authenticity of every product before they are sold to their business customers worldwide.

We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, and NZ bank transfer. We also have Afterpay and Genoapay , for easy payment options, we also offer manual layaway wherein you are only required to deposit 30% of the purchase amount to be able to reserve the item. The balance will be paid in 6 to 8 weekly equal payments. The product will then be shipped upon full payment.

As our products are pre-loved and/or vintage, some don’t have authenticity cards or original receipts included when sourced. Rest assured however that all these products have gone through professional checks to ensure they are authentic. For your own peace of mind, we can source a third-party authenticator to verify authenticity before you purchase a product. The result should take around three to five days. Note however that third party authenticators only authenticate luxury brands.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items are shipped from Wellington, New Zealand. We aim to post the item/s overnight once the payment has cleared. Depending on your location, it may take 3-5 days within New Zealand, Rural Delivery may require an additional 1-2 days. International location varies and normally takes longer.

For orders placed on weekends and payment cleared; we will post your order on Monday night.

We use tracked and signature required shipping method from NZPOST for New Zealand delivery. For international orders, we will ship using DHL express, FedEX or EMS.

Yes, we use DHL, FedEX or EMS to ship internationally.
