Drawing on our carefully established international network of trusted luxury suppliers, we source authentic pre-loved designer pieces on behalf of our clients, giving you access to pieces that may not currently be available through our website.
Best of all, there is no fee to submit a sourcing request. We only present opportunities when we locate a piece that closely matches your requirements.
The Luxury Concierge Experience
Step 1 — Submit Your Sourcing Request
Tell us what you’re searching for.
The more information you provide, the better we can tailor our search. We recommend including:
- Brand
- Style or model
- Colour
- Material
- Hardware colour
- Size
- Preferred condition
- Budget (optional)
- Any other specific preferences
Once your request has been received, it will be added to our active sourcing list.
Step 2 — We Begin the Search
Our team will commence sourcing through our trusted international supplier network.
As every request is unique, sourcing timeframes vary depending on market availability. Some pieces can be located within days, while rarer or discontinued styles may take considerably longer.
During this stage, there is no obligation to purchase and no sourcing fee.
Step 3 — Your Luxury Opportunity
When we locate a piece that closely matches your request, we’ll contact you with a complete overview including:
- Detailed photographs
- Item description
- Condition information
- Available inclusions
- Purchase price
- Any relevant supplier information
You’ll have the opportunity to carefully review the details before deciding whether you’d like to proceed.
Step 4 — Reserve Your Piece
If you wish to secure the item, a non-refundable Reservation Deposit is required.
Your Reservation Deposit enables us to immediately reserve and purchase the item from our supplier on your behalf.
The Reservation Deposit is fully deducted from the total purchase price.
Because each item is specially sourced specifically for an individual client, the Reservation Deposit becomes non-refundable once we have placed the order with our supplier.
Step 5 — Arrival, Verification & Quality Assessment
Once your item arrives at our premises, it undergoes our internal verification and quality assessment to confirm it aligns with the supplier information provided prior to delivery.
Should any material discrepancy arise between the item received and the information originally presented, we will contact you to discuss the appropriate resolution before requesting final payment.
Step 6 — Final Payment & Delivery
Once your item has successfully completed our arrival process, we’ll notify you that it is ready for its new home.
The remaining balance will then become payable.
Your Reservation Deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price, leaving only the outstanding balance to be paid.
Once full payment has been received, your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched via tracked, signature-required courier to your nominated New Zealand address.
Important Information
Complimentary Sourcing Service
Submitting a Luxury Concierge request is completely complimentary.
There are no sourcing or consultation fees, and you are under no obligation to purchase unless you decide to proceed with a Reservation Deposit after we have presented an available item.
Availability
Luxury pieces are sourced subject to market availability.
While we will make every reasonable effort to locate your requested item, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled. Certain limited-edition, vintage or discontinued styles may require extended sourcing timeframes or may not become available.
Pricing
The quoted purchase price is valid only for the specific item presented to you at the time of offer.
As the luxury resale market is dynamic, future availability and pricing for similar pieces may differ due to changes in demand, rarity, exchange rates, supplier pricing and market conditions.
Reservation Deposit
The Reservation Deposit:
- reserves the item exclusively for you
- authorises us to purchase the item from our supplier
- is deducted from the total purchase price
- is non-refundable once the order has been placed with our supplier
Special Order Purchases
All items sourced through The Luxury Concierge are special-order purchases obtained specifically at your request.
For this reason, cancellations or change-of-mind refunds cannot be accepted after the Reservation Deposit has been paid and the supplier order has been confirmed.
Product Condition
As the majority of pieces sourced through our Luxury Concierge are pre-loved luxury items, natural signs of age, wear or previous ownership may be present.
Any notable condition details made available to us will be disclosed before you decide whether to proceed.
Arrival Assessment
Upon arrival, each item undergoes our internal verification and quality assessment to confirm it aligns with the supplier information provided prior to delivery.
This process forms part of our commitment to ensuring every sourced piece meets the expectations established during the reservation process.
Shipping
Complimentary signature-required courier delivery is included for New Zealand orders unless otherwise stated.
International shipping may be available upon request and may incur additional shipping charges, customs duties or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

By paying the Reservation Deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the item’s description, condition, photographs, inclusions, pricing and these Reservation Terms before we place your special order.
Luxury Revamped reserves the right to decline any sourcing request, refuse a reservation or discontinue the Luxury Concierge service at its sole discretion.
