Yes. Every piece is authenticated before it is listed and photographed in full, so you can judge its condition for yourself. All items are guaranteed authentic: if a recognised independent authenticator ever verifies an item as inauthentic, you will be refunded in accordance with our Authenticity and Refunds Policies.

What is a Gucci serial tag?

Many Gucci bags have a small leather tag inside, stamped with two rows of numbers: the style number and a supplier code. Where a piece has a serial tag, we include it in the listing.

How long does delivery take in New Zealand?

Shipping is free NZ-wide. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and usually arrive 1 to 3 days later.
