Luxury Revamped is an online luxury destination rather than a traditional retail store. This allows us to maintain a carefully curated collection while operating from New Zealand and serving collectors throughout the country.

Yes. Authenticity is at the heart of our business. Every piece entering our collection undergoes an authentication and quality review before it is offered for sale, considering materials, craftsmanship, construction, hardware, markings and other relevant characteristics. We also work with trusted international suppliers and specialists.

Our authentication process varies according to the designer, category, age and construction of the piece. We examine materials, craftsmanship, construction, hardware, markings, serial or date information where applicable, and overall consistency with the known characteristics of the model. Authentication is never based on a single feature or test — we consider the piece as a whole.

Where original authenticity cards, receipts, certificates or other documentation accompany a piece, this will be stated in the individual product listing. Documentation alone does not determine authenticity — our own authentication and review process remains an important part of our assessment.

The majority of our collection consists of pre-loved designer pieces that have had a previous life and are now ready for their next chapter. We may also offer new-with-tags or unused pieces where appropriate. Condition and history are clearly stated on each product page.

We believe transparency is part of the luxury experience. Each piece is individually assessed and its condition described according to its age, use, materials and overall presentation. Where relevant, we disclose signs of wear, marks, scratches, patina, hardware wear, interior wear and other characteristics so you can make an informed decision.

Some older pieces develop qualities that are part of their history — such as natural patina, softened leather or subtle signs of previous ownership. We distinguish between desirable character and condition concerns rather than simply labelling an item as “pre-loved.”

Yes. We photograph our pieces in New Zealand so that the item shown in the listing is the item you receive. Because lighting and screens can vary, slight differences in colour may occur.

Simply select the piece you would like from our collection and proceed through checkout. Because many of our pieces are unique, availability is subject to prior purchase.

Many pieces in our collection are individually available and will not be restocked once sold. When a piece finds its next owner, it may leave the collection permanently.

Eligible pieces may be privately reserved for 48 hours. Availability and reservation eligibility are indicated on the individual product listing.

Eligible pieces may be available through our flexible payment options. Availability, payment terms and applicable conditions are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.

The Reserve Edit offers selected existing designer pieces available through our trusted international sourcing network but not currently held in New Zealand. Once availability is confirmed, a security deposit secures the piece to be brought to Luxury Revamped for in-house authentication before the remaining balance is paid and the piece is dispatched to you.

Luxury Concierge is our personalised sourcing service. If you are searching for a particular designer, model, colour, material or style that isn’t currently in our collection, our team can search our trusted international network on your behalf. There is no charge for the initial search — a deposit is required once you decide to proceed with a sourced piece.

Absolutely. Eligible pieces can be selected for our optional Luxury Gift Presentation, designed to make the experience of giving a Luxury Revamped piece feel as considered as the piece itself.

For NZ$25, Luxury Gift Presentation includes premium tissue, a signature ribbon finish, a Luxury Revamped gift card and the option to include a personal message.

Original designer packaging and inclusions are part of the piece and remain with the purchase where available. Our Luxury Gift Presentation does not replace original designer packaging.

We are delighted to offer delivery throughout New Zealand, as well as international shipping to select destinations worldwide.

Yes. Our prices include complimentary signature-required courier delivery within New Zealand, unless otherwise stated.

Every order is carefully prepared for secure delivery. Where available, original designer packaging, dust bags, authenticity documentation and other inclusions accompany the piece as stated in the individual listing. Eligible purchases may also be selected for our Luxury Gift Presentation.

Orders are generally dispatched once payment has been received and the order has been prepared. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and courier conditions. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected.
