Only after the piece has successfully passed our review will the remaining balance be requested.

The Reserve Edit Terms

A security deposit is required once the specific piece has been confirmed as available by our sourcing partner. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price.

The security deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind after the piece has been confirmed and shipped specifically for you, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Availability must be confirmed with our sourcing partner before the security deposit is requested. Until confirmation is received, the piece is not secured for you.

The remaining balance is requested only after the piece has arrived in New Zealand and successfully passed our authentication and quality review. Full payment is required before dispatch.

If the specific piece does not successfully pass our authentication and quality review, we will not proceed with the sale. The appropriate next steps will be discussed with you in accordance with our Reserve Edit terms and applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Because the piece is requested and shipped specifically for you, the security deposit is non-refundable in the event of a change of mind, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Timing varies depending on the sourcing partner, location and international shipping. We will provide an estimated timeframe once availability has been confirmed.

Yes. Every Reserve Edit piece is physically received and reviewed by Luxury Revamped in New Zealand before the remaining balance is requested and before the piece is dispatched.

The Reserve Edit

Terms & Conditions

The Reserve Edit provides access to specific, existing designer pieces held by our trusted international sourcing partners and not currently held by Luxury Revamped in New Zealand. Because these pieces are brought to New Zealand specifically at a customer’s request, the following terms apply.

1. Availability

Pieces displayed in The Reserve Edit are specific, existing items available through our sourcing network. Availability is not guaranteed until Luxury Revamped has confirmed availability with our sourcing partner.

2. Expressing Interest

When you express interest in a Reserve Edit piece, Luxury Revamped will contact the relevant sourcing partner to confirm that the specific piece remains available. Expressing interest does not itself secure or reserve the piece.

3. Security Deposit

Once availability has been confirmed, a security deposit is required before the piece is requested and shipped to Luxury Revamped in New Zealand. The deposit secures the piece for you and is applied toward the total purchase price.

4. Deposit Refunds & Change Of Mind

Because the piece is requested and shipped specifically for you once the security deposit has been received, the deposit is non-refundable where you subsequently change your mind, subject to your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

5. Shipping To New Zealand

Once the security deposit has been received, the sourcing partner will arrange shipment of the specific piece to Luxury Revamped in New Zealand. Timeframes may vary depending on circumstances outside our control.

6. Authentication & Quality Review

Once the piece arrives in New Zealand, Luxury Revamped conducts its in-house authentication and quality review, examining materials, construction, craftsmanship, hardware, markings and overall condition.

7. If The Piece Does Not Pass Our Review

If the piece does not successfully pass our authentication and quality review, we will not proceed with the sale and will discuss the appropriate outcome with you, including the treatment of your deposit, in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law.

8. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is payable only after the piece has arrived in New Zealand and successfully passed our review. The security deposit already paid will be deducted from the total purchase price.

9. Cancellation

Once the security deposit has been paid and the piece has been requested specifically for you, cancellation due to change of mind is not permitted and the deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.

10. Condition

The Reserve Edit listing includes information and photographs supplied by our sourcing partner. The piece will be reviewed upon arrival in New Zealand and any material discrepancy will be addressed before the remaining balance is requested.

11. Delivery To You

Following successful authentication, receipt of the remaining balance and completion of our final preparation, the piece will be dispatched to you using our standard secure delivery process.

12. Your Agreement

By proceeding with a Reserve Edit purchase and paying the security deposit, you acknowledge that:

the piece is currently held by our sourcing partner rather than Luxury Revamped
the piece will be brought to New Zealand specifically for you
the security deposit will be applied toward the purchase price
the security deposit is non-refundable in the event of change of mind, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law
authentication and quality review occur after the piece arrives in New Zealand
the remaining balance is payable only after the piece has successfully passed our review
