Reserve Your Piece
Select Reserve This Piece on an eligible product and enter your email address to activate your private 48-hour reservation.
Take Your Time
The piece will be held exclusively for you during the 48-hour reservation period and will not be available for purchase by another customer during that time.
Decide With Confidence
Use the reservation period to review the piece, consider the details, or contact our team if you have questions about condition, measurements, materials or anything else.
Make It Yours
Ready to proceed? Simply return to your reservation and complete your purchase before the 48-hour period ends. If you decide not to proceed, no action is required — the piece will return to general availability once the reservation expires.
Eligibility
Reservations are available only on selected eligible pieces and are subject to availability.
Duration
Each reservation is valid for 48 hours from the time it is successfully activated. The exact expiry time will be displayed on the product page and included in your reservation confirmation email.
No Payment Required
A standard 48-hour reservation does not require payment and does not constitute a purchase or create an obligation to purchase the reserved piece.
Private Hold
During an active reservation, the reserved piece will not be made available for purchase by another customer.
Expiry
If the purchase is not completed before the reservation expires, the piece will automatically return to general availability. We cannot guarantee that it will remain available after the reservation period ends.
Extensions
Reservations cannot ordinarily be extended. Any extension is at the discretion of Luxury Revamped and must be confirmed by us before the original reservation expires.
One Reservation
To ensure fair access to the collection, we generally allow one active reservation per customer at a time.
Misuse & Exceptional Circumstances
We may decline or cancel a reservation where reasonably necessary, including where we reasonably believe the reservation service is being misused, where the item becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, or where a technical or administrative error has occurred. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you if this occurs.
Your Consumer Rights
A reservation does not affect your rights under any applicable New Zealand law. Nothing in these Reservation Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law. Once a purchase is made, our usual purchase terms, returns policy and applicable consumer rights apply.
Separate Services
Reserve This Piece is separate from The Reserve Edit, Luxury Concierge, payment plans and any other Luxury Revamped service. Different terms may apply to those services.
