Upon delivery, please inspect your item(s) promptly. If anything is not as expected, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.
This policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, refunds are issued in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be provided as:
- A refund to the original method of payment (including credit card, Afterpay, or Zip), or
- A credit note for future purchases, where agreed or where permitted under consumer law.
For discretionary or change-of-mind returns (where approved), original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds for items returned due to a failure under the Consumer Guarantees Act (for example, items that are faulty, not as described, or proven to be inauthentic) will be handled in accordance with the Act.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please allow time for processing and follow the steps below:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider or payment service (Afterpay or Zip), as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.

Exchanges
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. We only offer exchanges where an item has a defect or damage that was not disclosed in the product description.
If you wish to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at admin@luxuryrevamped.co.nz so we can assess the issue and advise on next steps.
Exchanges are subject to availability and assessment.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return will be issued as a gift credit for the value of the returned item once it has been received and inspected.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the purchaser and given to the recipient later, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
Returning Items & Shipping
Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unless otherwise required under the Consumer Guarantees Act:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from any approved refund
Delivery timeframes for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
For high-value luxury items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Final note on statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
