These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Luxury Revamped website and your purchase of products and services through our website.
By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Luxury Revamped is a New Zealand-owned business based in Wellington, New Zealand.
1. About Luxury Revamped
Luxury Revamped is an independent luxury resale business specialising in thoughtfully curated, authenticated pre-loved designer pieces.
Our collection includes handbags, footwear, jewellery, accessories, small leather goods and other luxury wardrobe pieces. We curate pieces based on craftsmanship, character, condition, versatility and enduring appeal.
Because our collection consists primarily of pre-loved and vintage pieces, individual items may show signs of previous ownership. These characteristics are considered part of the nature and history of pre-loved luxury and are described as accurately as possible in each product listing.
2. Using Our Website
You may use the Luxury Revamped website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not:
- use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- reproduce, copy or commercially exploit our content without permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts; or
- use information, imagery or content from the website in a way that may mislead others about its source or affiliation.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, website or systems.
3. Product Information
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, condition information and other details are accurate and helpful.
However, due to the nature of pre-loved and vintage goods:
- individual pieces may show natural variations, signs of previous ownership or age-related characteristics;
- colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings;
- measurements are provided as a guide and minor variations may occur; and
- photographs may not reproduce every detail of an item’s condition.
Please read the complete product description and review all photographs before purchasing.
If you require additional information, photographs or clarification about a piece, we encourage you to contact us before completing your purchase.

4. Authenticity
Authenticity is fundamental to Luxury Revamped.
We guarantee that items sold by Luxury Revamped are authentic.
Our pieces are sourced through trusted suppliers, specialists and established international sourcing relationships. Items are subject to our authentication and quality review processes before being offered for sale.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
5. Prices & Availability
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to ensure that pricing and availability information is accurate.
Occasionally, an error may occur in a product listing, including an incorrect price, description or availability status.
Where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfilling the order to clarify the error.
If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we will provide you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a refund of any payment already made.
Because our collection consists of individual pieces, availability is limited and many items are unique.
A piece is not considered secured until the applicable purchase or reservation process has been completed.
6. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item at the displayed price and on these Terms & Conditions.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We may contact you if additional information is required, if there is an issue with availability or payment, or if clarification is required before the order can be fulfilled.
Once your purchase has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed, we will prepare the item for dispatch in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Payment
Payment must be successfully completed before an item is dispatched unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed with Luxury Revamped.
We may offer payment methods through third-party payment providers, including services displayed at checkout.
Where a third-party payment provider is used, that provider’s own terms and conditions may also apply.
Luxury Revamped is not responsible for delays or issues arising solely from a third-party payment provider’s systems, subject to your rights under applicable law.
8. Private Reservations
Where offered, eligible pieces may be privately reserved for a limited period.
A reservation temporarily removes the piece from general availability but does not constitute a completed purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Reservation periods, eligibility and any applicable conditions will be communicated at the time of reservation.
If payment is not completed within the agreed reservation period, the item may be returned to general availability.
9. The Reserve Edit
The Reserve Edit provides access to selected, existing designer pieces held by our trusted international sourcing partners but not currently held by Luxury Revamped in New Zealand.
These are specific pieces rather than hypothetical or future orders. Product photographs, details and pricing are provided at the time of listing.
Availability must first be confirmed with our sourcing partner. Once availability is confirmed, a security deposit is required before the piece is requested and shipped specifically to Luxury Revamped in New Zealand. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price.
Because the piece is requested and transported specifically for the customer, the deposit is generally non-refundable in the event of a change of mind, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law and the specific Reserve Edit terms.
Once the piece arrives in New Zealand, Luxury Revamped conducts its in-house authentication and quality review. The remaining balance is requested only after the piece has successfully passed our review.

10. Luxury Concierge
The Luxury Concierge is our personalised sourcing service for customers looking for a particular designer, model, colour, material, style or other specific piece.
Our initial search is provided without charge.
If a suitable piece is located and you decide to proceed, any applicable deposit, sourcing arrangements, payment requirements and other conditions will be communicated before proceeding.
A Concierge search does not guarantee that a particular piece will be found or available.
11. Condition of Pre-Loved Pieces
Luxury Revamped specialises in pre-loved and vintage luxury.
Every piece is individually assessed and its condition is described in the relevant product listing.
Signs of previous ownership may include wear to leather, hardware, corners, lining, soles, jewellery surfaces or other components, depending on the item.
We believe transparency is an essential part of purchasing pre-loved luxury.

12. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy explains our approach to returns, exchanges and refunds.
Nothing in that policy, or these Terms & Conditions, excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
Please inspect your purchase promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue with your order.
13. Shipping & Delivery
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains:
- where we deliver;
- applicable shipping arrangements;
- delivery timeframes;
- tracking;
- delivery address requirements; and
- international shipping arrangements.
For New Zealand orders, complimentary signature-required courier delivery is included unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
14. International Orders
International customers may purchase eligible items where international delivery is available.
International shipping charges, delivery arrangements, customs requirements, duties and taxes may vary depending on destination.
Unless otherwise stated, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and importation of the item complies with applicable laws in their destination country.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Luxury Revamped website belongs to or is licensed to Luxury Revamped. This includes, but is not limited to:
- our name and branding;
- logos;
- written content;
- product descriptions;
- original photography;
- editorial content;
- graphics;
- website design; and
- other original materials.
You may view and use website content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.
16. Product Photography & Content
Our product photography is created or selected to represent the actual piece as accurately as reasonably possible.
For pieces featured in The Reserve Edit, photographs may be supplied by our international sourcing partners because the specific item has not yet arrived in New Zealand.
Where supplier photography is used, this will be identified appropriately.
Reserve Edit pieces undergo Luxury Revamped’s authentication and quality review after arrival in New Zealand and before final dispatch.
17. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, payment providers, social media platforms, delivery services or other external websites.
These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Luxury Revamped is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
18. Website Availability & Errors
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available.
However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.
Information may occasionally require correction or updating.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend or discontinue aspects of the website where reasonably necessary.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxury Revamped will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under New Zealand law.
20. Consumer Rights
Luxury Revamped operates in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law.
These Terms & Conditions operate alongside, and do not limit, your rights under applicable legislation, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Where these Terms appear inconsistent with a mandatory consumer right, the applicable law will prevail.

By using our website, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where appropriate, significant changes may be communicated through our website or other suitable channels.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your dealings with Luxury Revamped will be subject to the applicable laws and dispute-resolution processes of New Zealand.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights available to you under New Zealand consumer law.
